May 18, 2016 CLAYTON, NY – Herbert J. Allen, 58, of 330 James St, died Wednesday, May 18 ^th at his home. He was born August 25, 1957 in Alexandria Bay, NY, son of Herbert M. and Janet B. Allen. He was educated in Watertown schools. He worked for Marshall’s Refuse Service in Clayton. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 7 ^th at 10am at the Costello Funeral Home, Alexandria Bay, with Rev. Donald Briant, officiating.
