Dennis C Hall

Dennis Charles Hall passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 80 in Baltimore, Maryland. Born on May 8, 1945, in Alexandria Bay, New York, Denny was the oldest child and only son of the late Roy and Regina (White) Hall.

Denny was a graduate of Alexandria Central School and spent his life running the family dairy farm, Hallholm Farm. His dedication to farming was paralleled by his active involvement for over 55 years in local agricultural communities, including Kirkland Grange and Jefferson County Pomona Grange #5. He served as a DEKALB Seed Company salesman and enjoyed being a volunteer for the Stone Mills Agricultural Museum for many years.

Those who knew him remember Denny for his generous nature. He was a genuinely caring individual, with a slightly mischievous side that brought smiles to many. He always had time for his family and friends and really enjoyed board games, reading and puzzles.

Denny was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Sylvia (James) Fahsel, Teresa Mitchell, and Marsha Warneck. He is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, as well as his brothers-in-law Joel Mitchell and Paul Warneck, who will miss him dearly.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Sunday, September 21, at the St. Cyril's Cemetery, Highland Ave, Alexandria Bay, NY. There will be a luncheon following, at 2:00 pm, at the American Legion at 9 Rock Street. Denny's life and legacy will be celebrated and remembered by the many lives he touched.
